it comes with one necklace and one bracelet. the necklance has a heart shaped rhinestone inside the bears arms. the bracelet has a circle shaped blue rhinestone inside the bears arms. it also has to dangling hearts on the side of the bracelet. Its mostly use for the ankle. the other one is just a necklance.
