The listing, Toucan Bird With Diamantes Pendant For Necklace Costume Jewelry has ended.

I believe this is a toucan bird that you can thread onto a necklace. It has a little ring at the top.
Multi-colored with little diamantes
Measures approx. 2.75" from the top of it's head to the bottom of the tail & approx. 2" across the widest points
I believe the beak is slightly off center & one diamante is missing

Not too sure...but it was purchased in a lot of older jewelry...so it may be vintage, but cannot say for sure.

The back where the 3 plastic pieces fit, sorta like lots of O's connected = Where they aren't connected, are they broken? Looks like it, wish I would have check that out & asked before I bid.
