I've had the controller for a good five years, I no longer have a PS3 to play with so I'm putting it up for auction!

Controller is in great condition.

you said your self this is used and 5 years old...
So the 5,000 credit start and 40,000 GIN is Way to High.
I mean no harm but just stating a fact people are not
willing to pay in credits what it would cost to get a brand
new Controller for a 5 year old used controller.

Lower the GIN And Starting bid some and you may get more watchers and bids.

To answer your question the controller battery life holds just fine, Charging it once will last me 20-30 hours
