The listing, PSP Broken, please read! has ended.

Up for auction a broken PSP. I have no clue what's wrong with it, so please don't ask. The power indicator lights up for a couple of seconds, but the PSP won't power on. There is a crack on the corner of the plastic screen cover (not the screen itself), but if you can get it to work it shouldn't interfere with game play at all. Also the battery cover is missing.

Good for a techie who likes projects! Comes with everything shown: PSP, extra battery, USB charger.

Curious, this problem sounds much like a bricked psp issue. generally caused from improperly 'cracking' one psp. i used to hack psp systems, and do minor repairs. i, in fact, currently have two psp's one cracked, other is not (although neither has charging cord). So, my question is, have you had this system hacked/cracked with modified firmware? If so, i may be able to help you fix it and potentially increase the value/number of credits, you could possibly earn. I had the turn on problem with one of mine when it didnt have a battery cover the day I got a replacement battery cover it worked like it did out of the box so it may be a very simple fix.
