Brand new lighter with an eagle on it and says Liberty. I got this a couple years ago and never used it. I think I got it from RJ Reynolds cigarette company. The bottom 2008 Limited Edition Made In China. The rest of the lighter is a shiny silver. It is made like a Zippo. It still has the sticker on the back sealing it shut. I don't have any kind of packaging for it, just the lighter.
