Up for your consideration...WATERPIK MULTIPLE SETTING DETACHABLE SHOWER HEAD
This is a low-flow multiple setting detachable shower head made by Waterpik. Fits common 1/2" male shower ell, 5 GPM, dial up preferred setting from fine stream to course massaging stream. Head can snap off & 5 feet of hose lets you manuever it around, makes shower cleanup a snap! I put it on & didn't care for the low-flow feature so never even showered with it. Since the pivoting female 1/2" female fitting was a little chewed up from a pair of channel locks I couldn't return it. I guess I'd rather be be blown out of the shower & wasteful than 'environmentally friendly'. My loss is your gain! If you need a little Teflon Tape, let me know & I'll include enough to do the job.
