These things aren't that rare; you can get them at just about any crystal shop for $2-$5. I've found some in amusement parks' crystal dig buckets. They're cool but they're everywhere when you know what to look for.

Well good for you!! Iv been all over,a rock hound so to speak,and these are wat iv found by some reputable people. Some folks dont have access to things others do thats what makes this barter site so cool.

F&W. Don't listen to those who are negative. How hard these are to come by also can be due to the area one lives in.
I am a "Stoner" as I like to call my self, I love crystals and stones and I have auctioned some here in the past and will again. I love that we can share their energies with others here.
This Shiva you have is beautiful!
Folks, Shiva stone is a wonderful stone to work with. Their energies are powerful but yet soothing at the same time.

Nice auction!! I've actually found several of these and black ones and believe it or not a mixture of both black and brown (it's like it's spotted) in my travels in India - in the rivers and streams. I like to hike and tend to find a lot of neat things! And I like to travel and did so for many years when I was younger!

I'm sorry Kelly, but I'm going to have to agree with many of the early comments. These aren't "extremely rare" or "rare" for that matter, and it is on the unethical side to claim them as such. If regionally there isn't a large supply, it still doesn't make them rare. A quick internet search will turn up plenty of easily accessible and affordable options. I'm not trying to attack you, or to be negative about your auction, I just wanted you and your bidders to be aware that the title misrepresents the auction lot.

I have a couple of different Aura quartz pieces I might auction if you're interested. Flame aura quartz, imperial gold quartz, and a silver aura quartz. They're all very pricey and difficult to find due to the cost of precious metals right now. All the aura quartz' s are quartz treated with different metals- it really gives them a boost and is a great balancer for using the stones.
