Minor issue with the CD tray. Eject button works intermittently. Otherwise works perfectly. This can be fix be someone unafraid to open the box and undo the seal. Or, can RMA'd to Microsoft, the cost to do that is $80.00

I'm sorry, I don't understand this question.

The item doesn't come with a game.
As stated in the listing, the eject button doesn't work that well.
Otherwise, it runs perfectly.

I figure someone out here in Listia could handle the minor issue, or even better--be able to fix it.

That might be an option. It's not plugged in, so I can't test the idea.

I do know that sometimes it ejects, sometimes it doesn't. This is obviously something I have I address with this auction, because it's a very noticeable problem.
