Wizard Cuff card holdout used in old days to cheat @ cards. Pat FEB 5, 1889 marked on back. ornate ingravings, measures 2 1/2" x 3/4". Nickel plated. Fold out clip at one end, spring clip that swivels 360 degrees at the other end. cost 8 cents a pair in 1897. These are very rare and the fews source they can be found online they have gone for $50 +
