Sorry for the late reply...yes it does...i purchased it and am the only user....short time.....plug it in and auto install takes over....you can get time via credit card or virgin moble cards are sold at your radio shacks,walmarts,and for me....at the truck stops.....it was i believ a $35 1000 hr plan monthly and a $45 plan unlimited...i have no complaints..i stopped cause i installed satellite on my truck....otherwise i'd probably still be usin it...

i'm sorry ..don't want to talk your ear off but i needed to add that i have tried a few different plugs and thjis seemed to be the best as far as speed and no dead spot areas....thats it ...i'll shut up
