Ok guys I have gone to 9 different stores to look for this necklace and no luck but I will offer almost the same kind but in lime green for whoever wins. Please let me know if this is something you can accept.

that happened to me once before b/c listia's server timed out. you just have to email them asking them to remove one of the auctions, and comment on that auction saying that it's a duplicate. if you want to do it that way. hope that helps! (i'd take one in lime green though! lol)

DO NOT BUY another necklace, just explain what happened and refund the second auction winner their credits !! And don't worry about it, it happens more often than you know.

I finally read you idea of substituting another necklace (for the second one) ~ great idea, that would work just fine, but give the winner of the second necklace a choice of refunding their credits or accepting a substitute.
