2. Select quality cheeses that MELT well and not break down.
3. Find a good crust recipe that suits your taste whether thick, thin, deep dish or whatever.
What pulls these things together, however, and turns simply GOOD into GREAT is the pizza SAUCE RECIPE!

You can bid on PAPA's PIZZA SAUCE recipe. I got the rights to this recipe when I purchased the restaurants back n the 70's. I call it the "2nd BEST" Pizza Sauce Recipe because the original (which made 5 gallons at a pop) had to be downsized!
