Just based on past coupons I've sent, the norm is about 3 to 4 days.

The coupon says at participating McDonald's. I've used these at several different McDonald's with no problem so I've no idea if there are even any that don't participate in this. My suggestion would be to call the McDonald's that your thinking of taking it to first and inquire to be certain.
