If you're familiar with Sharper Image....you know they aren't cheap! However, their stuff is quality stuff!

This is a neck massager, and has the heat option, along with built-in relaxing, soothing recorded sounds. Like a frog in the bayou, a trickling brook, birds...thing like that. There's 8 or 9 different ones you can choose from. And, yes, it has volume control.

I bought this for my lovely bride of *^##!*&% years last year. So it's just barely a year old. I paid $119.95...plus shipping...and I thought I was doing a good thing. Well....guess what! She's used it a grand sum total of TWO times. She says it "feels funny". One of these days....BANG...ZOOM...RIGHT TO THE MOON! Ha! That's ok, though....she has to put up with me.

Listen....this thing is really cool. I tried it once and fell asleep in about 2 minutes. It's still like brand new, and everything works perfectly. It's 11" across at the widest point, and 12" from top to bottom. It comes with the remote and power adapter. It has a speaker on both sides.
