actually it a hindu bracelet.... gods of the hindus...30 looking symbol mean AUM kinda like in the bible when they say first there was the word.... hindus believe that this was the sound when creation occurred.. the other photo to the left is of shiva.. it is a belief that to learn religion it is easier to understand through forms so the if there is creation there must be destruction according to the laws of nature so manifestation of this force is shiva... originally shiva = destructive force believed by the aryans and shanker = lord of the non aryans were combined to believe into one.... i guess religious mixing. The photo near the label is of krishna an incarnation of vishu known to be the creator... all are manifestations of one supreme force but it is just an attempt to make it easier for all to follow.
There might be another photo of a female goddess. Hindus believe the mother to be the supreme force.
sorry for the long coment but i thought id answer the questions :) Regardless of what you believe in the end it is all the same... look at the similarities and grow accept differences as mistakes .
