This phone has several issues
#1 charging port is on the verge of not working, you have to wiggle it and keep it just right (propped up on something) to charge. Easier if you have and extra battery and separate wall charger for a battery

#2 sometimes when I have the phone on speaker it shuts down and restarts. Does NOT disconnect the call!! Not sure why this happens

Other then those things this works great. I got a new phone and no longer need this one.

Its the kind of network your phone company is on, I think most companys that use Sim cards. But I only know of Tmobile and at&t for %100 sure. I would chevk with your company to make sure you can use an unlocked phone
