This is a very pretty semi-permanent aqua blue color for hair. I have used this once and I only used a very small amount of it. Please take in mind even though it is SEMI-PERMANENT, this color will stay In your hair up to 6 months! I loved this color but I had to dye my hair back to its original color for a wedding and it took a lot of work to get the blue out! Other than that it works. Very well and the color is very bright and beautiful! Especially with blonde hair!

I'm not sure if goes well with black hair I think you would prob have to bleach the pieces that you want to be blue and then put the blue over it so it will show up way better

It won't show with dark hair. You have to bleach it yes. The lighter your hair the better and brighter it comes out :)
