I try to ship the cheapest way possible. For most my products it will be first class mail. I am allowed 7 days to ship your item. It can take the postal services up to 2wks to get them to you. This is not my fault. I DO NOT PAY FOR TRACKING. If your want a faster shipping method then you are more than welcome to pay for that shipping method via paypal. If your looking for a tracking number (and one will not be provided) then you can also pay via paypal. This next part is for the monitors and flaggers it came right from the rules page: "You may only charge for:

Actual shipping cost (exact amount, including sales tax or govt. fees charged by the shipping company)
Handling cost (packaging, materials, insurance, etc.)
Delivery confirmation and extra services (tracking, signature, etc.)"

If items get lost in the mail I am NOT responsible for this. I will NOT refund credits. I am sorry but if you pay for a tracking number then you can always take it up with the postal services.
