The listing, Opal and Diamond ring has ended.

Opal is set with a small diamond or diamond like stone on each side in a gold setting marked 18K GF S/A.. Ring is probably a size 6, measures 20 mm across.

The opal is very light , but refracts light beautifully. It is at least 50 years old. Belonged to my Aunt.
