The listing, Artifact from South America has ended.

I picked up this little clay figurine vase from Natives in South America. I have had it for over 40 yrs and just found it in moving. The 2nd picture is looking from the top down into yhe back of it. It is about 6" tall. Made of black clay.

I got this over 40 years ago. I was about 300miles from the Central american border. We were up in the mountains about 14k miles above sea level. There were steppes or pyramids as some call them,Tehateuacan I think,(I know that is not spelled correctly) We spent 6 wks traveling around all over Mexico, Jelisco,Oxaca,San Blas and points south. I can give you more info as somewhere I have a scrapbook. I was young and it was so long agao. If you want, I can get you more info. ;) I am now your first friend.

Nice Auction! "Teotihuacan, Mexico the "City of the Gods". Tolteca sculptures such as: 'God of Fire' or "Goddess of Rain" belonging to the ancient Maya civilization, cultures of the past. Watching till the end!.
