There are thermoplastic beads that come with them, you melt them, apply them to the fangs, hold them in place on your tooth until it hardens and forms to the shape of your tooth, and after that you can take them out and put them back in whenever you want. They snap right into place in your mouth and you can wear them over and over again! I was unsure at first, but after i got a pair, i found out they work amazingly!
