Are these a size 7 or 7 1/2 ? And are they narrow , or wide . I love these shoes :)

well im a 7 1/2 and they do fit me good but a little tight
sorry cant tell you more but i lost the box it came from and the shoe size faded in the bottom. there neither narrow or wide also the heals are pretty short about 3 inches tall thanks for watching:))
