The listing, Laptop HP DV 9000 has ended.

This a great laptop. Screen got broke. Not sure what happened. Dont have the time to fix it. These are still bringing a good price even broke. I would rather pass it on here then put it on Ebay. 160 GB Hard drive, DVD RW with DL and light scribe, AMD Turon X2 means dual core for you intel people!, 17 in wide screen, 1 GB of ram, wireless net, 4 USB ports, PCMCIA slot, what else can I say about this. Is a great laptop even if all you do is use it with a monitor. In the second pic I show it hooked up to my TV. Has windows vista on it. I wiped the drive and reinstalled windows vista home ultimate on it. I will not offer any guarantee, warranty or refunds on it. Its in good working order other then the broken screen. The screen is out there to be bought on the net. I will offer free shipping in the USA only.

For further information. My auctions are 3 days. After the 7th day, if I dont not receive your name and address, I will put the item back up for auction on the 10th day. Also on the 10th day you lose the credits you bid on the item. At that time I will give neutral or even negative feedback. I try to be fair on my auctions. I will contact everyone at the end of each auction. I will even send a second notice. After that its up to you if your going to do the right thing. I have had too many auctions I have to repeat cause of no addresses sent. I had one complaint since I started this. Due to that complaint is why I am changing policy here.

i may be listing it soon either in whole or in parts im not sure yet thats why im asking incase someone knows how to fix mother board and would like it whole. It has HD i cant remember how many GB right now but over 80+ i have to look tomorrow 2 256 rams, video card got to look upo what it is, etc and again i just had windows 7 home premium installed back in dec, AVG good til 2013, and Nero software i think 8 cant remember....

i really need this but from what im rading above looks liek i maybe out of luck....:( would anyone interested in a compaq presersio with windoes 7 only thing i knwo is wrong with it is the mothboard it just went capoot, Other then that OI had the computer just worked on cleaned out Windows 7 AVG nero etc it just needs a new motherbaord I dont know how to do that nor how to find the part..... id rally kike this laptop it be better for my back for me cause then I can sit in my bad and lay back on pillows ettc better comfort and just put my tv by my bed :) my desktop incl monitor too

HP is repairing the motherboard melt downs for free regardless of warranty status. They even pay shipping both ways.

If you don't win this, get it fixed for free by the manufacturer and get a limited warranty!

My daughter and i had the same problem last Week. She had to replace her Hard drive and it still acts up. She has a technician comeing today to do the MotherBoard. I talked to a Technician and they said it was my MotherBoard too. I also have a bidder who had problems with hers. Is there something going through the system, It may happen agian, Thats why i wanted this Laptop. The PC im on is my sisters. She has 3-4 Computers and this one is so slow and not working with all the stuff i do on internet. Well i dont think i can outbid so ill have to let it go. If it's not claimed please contact me. OMG this is perfect! my fiance's dv 9000 just had the motherboard go out, his screen is perfect and nothing else is wrong with it! i bet he could just swap his screen into this laptop! i hope i win!!! :-D
