This auctions is for a BNIP DVD of Tai Chi for a healthy lifestyle. This was given to my husband by a friend but we do a different form of Martial Arts and get our training from the source so we do not need this. It is approx 56 minutes and in widescreen. I have not watched this so I don't know a whole lot about it but here is what some of the back says: "The healthy lifestyle series is presented in a logical progression designed to make learning and practicing a healthful,satisfying, and enjoyable experience. Each program complements the others, so feel free not only to use them in any order you wish, but to turn to them again and again as a reassuring resource, and a refuge from the stresses of the world outside." I have done some Tai Chi and it is extremely relaxing and very good for your health.
This will be a 4 day auction. I will not lower days and will not add a GIN so that everyone has a chance. I only ship to listia verified addresses. I do have a cat and a dog and my husband is a smoker so please keep that in mind. In order to provide you with free shipping and to help the environment I do reuse shipping packages when possible as long as they are in good enough shape to reuse. Also, I can only ship on the 1st and 15th of the month so this will be sent out on the first. If any of this is a problem please do not bid.
