I don't get the news. I don't have tv shows. I watch Youtube, but that's it. What was the Zimmerman case about? Unless it's a kid's movie or show on dvd or vhs, I haven't seen it on my tv. lol

Zimmerman was tried for murdering Trayvon Martin, a 17 yr old kid( like mine) just walking home. He was profiled & he would still be alive if Zimmerman( a wanna be cop/ in my opinion) would have just left him alone.

Seriously, if it wasn't for Florida's Stand-Your-Ground BS law, I don't think Zimmerman would even have been stalking the neighborhood's kid's in the first place. What neighborhood watch implements guns, anyway? I'm one state over--in Alabama--we should be an even more hick, more racist, more gun toting (at least to stereotype--That's not me in the least but can't help where I've been born or what the world's consensus opinion of the state is... It isn't a totally unfounded stereotype of the state. Historically speaking, Alabama has a pretty sad record in terms of equality for most demographics) anyway--Neighborhood watch usually just involves like, people calling the cops if they see suspicious activity or something, and NOT directly intervening themselves, especially not with fire arms. Vigilante-ism just ain't the way... Even if race put to the side (which honestly, is immensely difficult to put aside in the first place) this was such a COMPLETELY bogus ruling / acquittal. Since he can't be tried again (double jeopardy) the most we can hope for is for states like Florida (and Texas, many more) to overturn laws like that where "self defense" becomes a really ambiguous concepts--especially with language like "if one feels 'threatened'". What does that legally imply, anyway? So ambiguous.

It's a one size fits most for Queen/Plus sizes. I bought it at an adult bookstore, opened it, held it up for hubby, and he was like "Eh it's ok."

Oh yeah, very cute items / auction too. So sorry for the impertinent paragraph. What are the other goodies? I see a... ceramic squirrel?! Can't make out the rest. Is there a better photo of the suitcase? If not, that's OK too. Very intriguing collection of items. Will be watching!

There's a ceramic otter and a resin skunk in a log. Not a squirrel, sorry. lol There's a heart shaped basket, a plastic Coca-cola serving platter, A handmade wall plaque of seashells from the creek on driftwood from the creek, A dress, a skirt, the maid's costume, and a little heart shaped tin.
