I did! In February :)
I used this exact book which I purchased in November and studied with on and off as time allowed until I took the test in February. I passed all parts of the test the first time :) and am pleased to say my overall score was 92%!
Easy or Hard is a matter of personal opinion, so I cannot judge that for you. I will say this, felt much more prepared having used this book. The practice tests showed me what I needed to study and what I was proficient enough to pass without 'wasting' time studying it.
