Yes, it is. I'm not sure if it can be cleaned or not. I tried to photograph it as good as I can but it resembles like a reddish tint powder around what you see. It's definitely noticeable when you see it, so I'm not sure if it can be hidden otherwise. if the winner requests, I can attempt to see if I can get it out or not.
