Sweetie you can't use a priority flat rate box from USPS when your auction states “Exact shipping” unless you specifically state that you only use priority flat rate packages for shipping in your description.
EXACT is when the item(s) are weighed and zip codes are used to calculate the shipping cost.
FLAT RATE is priority flat rate shipping from the postal service with a set price or a set price you have determined to charge.
It is a different shipping option then the one posted on this auction.

Yes it s absolutely adorable.. we bought it back in february from the Disney Outlet Store for my daughter for this summer but unfortunately she grew extremely fast and I cant even get it on her. She only wore it 2 or 3 times, so our loss is your gain!!
