This is a wonderful cheese cake recipe. It uses only 3 ingredients for the crust and 4 for the filling and 2 for the topping.I use this as a base recipe also. I have used crushed Oreo cookies for the crust, and put broken cookies in the batter for a cookies and cream cheese cake. I have swirled in fruit preserves for a nice flare. I even swirled in ice cream toppings like caramel, hot fudge, and pineapple.
You can change and add almost anything you desire to this recipe to make it your own.
