Hi! Yes, it does fit securely. It has elastic the whole way around edges and its not stretched out at all. The elastic part goes around pack n play and pulls down to bottom, right down to the legs of pack n play. Theres seams to help line it up. It fits standard/regular size pack n plays. You just have to pull it down until its tight and not draping in to where baby can pull or get to it. Its really lightweight material too. If you have any more questions, dont hesitate to ask :)

Honestly, i dont think it would be a good idea for stroller. Im pretty sure its just meant for pack n play but i never tried it on a stroller.
