Nowhere on the package does it say that it is waterproof. But I bought 3 of these with coupons, so I got them very cheap. I am now using one of them, and I do have to use makeup remover, it does not just wash off with water. Says it is black gold, don't know where they got that from, like I said, I use them, and it is black.

its waterproof just so you know it doesn't say it though (I don't know why haha). that's why it says 24hr because it can last 24hrs through everything lol
