Is this one that uses a pre-paid card and you defiantly don't need a contract plan with also is it unlocked

You can get unlimited talk, text and web on this Verizon phone for 50.00 a month no contract. No prepaid cards. Yes it is unlocked. This is the second phone that I have listed like this one. This one has been used for a short period of time. Looks like new.
