It is a digital copy of the movie provided in the cloud on Vudu or Flixster that you watch on there sites or download to your computer. To be able to use this you would have to start an account through ultraviolet(it's free) and then you set up a free account with vudu or flixster(also free). Also if you are a new user they will give you 10 free movies. If you have a PS3 or Wii or Xbox 360 you can watch these movies right on your TV. Also most new Blu-ray players and smart TV's do this as well. Vudu and Flixster are streaming services like Netflix except there is no monthly fees.
