The ties are in the back of the dress. You can pull them down and tie under the bust or do it a different way... i don't know how else to explain it sorry

Hi, because of the ties? do you think this would fit a size Small? I am 5'6" about 112 and broad shouldered but a 36 A-B? Or do you think it may just "hang?" Had to ask! So pretty!! Thanks
