Here is an Arizona brand thermal tee with long sleeves. It is 100% cotton. It is not new and has been well worn. But there are no holes, rips, tears, or stains. There is a lot of life left it. Good for layering this winter! Size Large. (Not sure if it's a children's or junior's size.) Laying flat and unstretched, it measures 15" across the chest armpit to armpit. It measures in back 21" from the center of the neck to the hem. It is a tan color with brown floral pattern. Very cute! Shipping is $2.00 through PayPal.

Hi lindsay_see, my apologies for the delayed response. I have never shipped to Canada in the past, but I looked it up and found a couple of rates. At USPS it did not ask a for a town and gave me a quote of $5.79. At UPS, it wanted me to enter a town, and because I didn't know yours, I entered Salliut, Quebec. It quoted me $13.45 I think. I feel that either amount is too much for the shirt. You would not be getting a bargain, and I would not want to disappoint you. But if you are interested and send me your town, I will see what the best rate would actally be. Thank you for your interest! Again, my apologies for the delay!
