Questions & Comments
You got that right. DUMB wouldn't even be the correct word. SOME out there would do that probably. Thanks for quick communication. Good Luck.
thanks. However i have found several Eagles over the years in circulation. While much rarer than say a Morgan dollar or other pure silver coinage they still exist. I can't think of how many i have found , but i distinctly remember finding at least 1
has anyone else noticed the comments of the people i ban disappearing??? Wuhuhuhuh Lista ghosts.... they are dropping like flys really. hmm i don't like the long wait of and anticipation of long auctions , but i need to give people time to set aside credits... Next one i think i might go with 7 days instead of 10. i am going to let y'all know what the next item i am going to list will be tomorrow. I am hoping for it to be better than this. =0
This is really a nice piece. Seems you're the super seller. If this coin is 40 plus mm then it is much larger than a regular silver eagle isn't it? Or am I figuring stupid. Is this Legal Tender? I wouldn't never want to spend it though, but ass it to all my coin collect too. Thanks fo roffering such a ncie item and Good Luck on Listia.
it is a standard silver eagle i just guestimated the size it is listed in one of the desription pictures. Technically it is legal tender, but someone would have to be really dumb to spend one of these. Since it is worth 16+$ in silver and 1$ face value
Hey, I have a question, I am not a coin collector so, I dont know what the M60 or whatever stands for, I tried to do a google search but couldnt find much?. Just wondering what this coin was (like M or ? whatever that means?)
Ms stands for Mint state 60 stands for an uncirculated coin. MS goes from 60-70. Personally i believe this coin would be much higher than 60, but i am not a professional grader and these coins are extremely hard to grade. Mostly because you rarely see them out of MS. Comparing thousands of these coins is not possible for me. To determine a coins scale of 60-70 takes a professional. I am not that skilled.
your also in for some coin collecting supplies numbers to be determined 1 eisenhower commemorative 1$ coin *not s proof* 1 1979 SBA in really nice condition. you can pick the Mint mark I have P,D,S i think. 1 Silver roosevelt dime i have to find a nice one , but i did see a nice 1960 one last night. I have yet to put a grade on it, but it looked Au-50 atleast. That peace medal dime Ms-60 in sealed bag. plus a better grade Mercury dime. and free shipping =p
Cool! . . . wait don't ban me it was just a joke. BEEBEE its most likely the case having some type of weird reflection or casting some type of shadow. This really is an amazing item to list on Listia. I've been thinking about putting some bullion on myself but I didn't know how it would do. I really hope this gets atleast 2500. I find it maddening that people are willing to pay thousands of credits for an almost used up gift card but they have only bid 1500 credits so far for this coin. Just the value of the silver alone is $16.00! Then add the fact that its from 2004, Unc. and in a seal case! Come on Listia you need to be bidding on this more than the cards. I don't at this time have enough credits to even get in this race but I would if I did. Thank you very much for posting this item I look forward to bidding on your items in the future.
i wouldn't ban you =p only spammers get banned. 2501 i am happy now =] I will definately be posting more now =] I was getting worried there for a second. brooklyns came through for me =]
if the winner wants this sent before wendesday i need their adress before 3pm today. I will be at a conference Saturday-tuesday and will be unable to send it those days.
whoever won this should be a very happy camper, really nice listing!! glad to see you got some good creds out of it.. surprised it didn't go for more...

More might be added anyway.
I would certainly never try to pry it out of a permanent case, I was just wondering if it was a sealed case or a holder that just snaps closed, Thanks for the info.
Also, it's hard to read the date in the photo, looks like 2004 to me, is that correct?
it isn't air tight sealed it is more of a heat seal on every side of the case. so it doesn't snap off or anything you can't open and re-close it, but it isn't like encapsulated.
I am going to add a special suprise to the auction at 2500 credits. 2 special suprises if the winner has purchased something from me before. suprise may include mint errors, rare variety coins, proofs, silver coins, etc. i'll see this is considered a bonus =p
