The listing, Antique Chinese Couple has ended.

I got these at an estate sale. The lady told me her Dad brought them home with him from overseas when he was in WW2. They say made in Hong Kong. They are 5" tall in a clear box with black bottom. I am only guessing that they are Chinese, because of them being made in Hong Kong.

They are a real hard plastic. I think they call it celluloid.

They are very old. But in good condition. Had to do a lot of cleaning on the box. They had them taped up with a kind of tape I never saw here. Wonder???? Thank you

Celluloid is a very thin plastic that dents easily. If it is hard it is regular plastic. Very nice dolls.

The dolls represent a Japanese couple. The clothing style is certainly Japanese (Kimonos) and not Chinese. Very nice little couple.

They have all their arms & legs. They are just covered up with their little Kimonos.
