My husband grew up on Harker's Island, NC. Will bid on these as a surprise for him, he's now living in land locked Wichita Falls, TX & to make it worse we're in a drought & all the lakes in our area are drying up. If you put the seashells up, please let me know. I use them in mosaics or to display around the house. Thanks for the great listing.

WOW, he grew up so close to us. Have you been here? Terrible to hear about Tx. I just love the water, I guress most of us do.
I am trying to figure what to do about the seashells, they are so pretty but I will have to charge 4 shipping and I know a lot of people do not like paying.
I wish you could stop by you would see how many piles of seashells we have. I have one lot of Pink Seashells with a ornament to on auction at another site.
I will send you some salt air and sand from the beach to make the heat more bearable, just imagine you are walking along the ocean smelling the salt air, oh can't forget the Sea gulls singing. lol.

I've seen pictures of the area & want to visit but we've only been together for 4 yrs and I've had 3 total knee replacements in less than 2 yrs so travel hasn't been possible. Maybe next year I'll be able to use my vacation for something other than surgery & rehab. In the meantime, the salt air, sea gulls singing & sand would be wonderful, lol. Will be bidding on this auction & watching for the seashells. Thanks for responding.

I understand that, I injured my back but when it happened it effected my leg too so I can't sit long, stand, walk. Yesterday I went to the movies with our granddaughter, first time since I hurt my back 13 years ago and I thought I would die half way through. I didn't want to leave her so I couldn't get up but that was it for me after the movies. I hope you get a vacation also and maybe come here. You will love it. I will be adding the shells today. I have to break now but will be back. thank you for everything. Sue

Next time you take you grand daughter out to a movie or play, sit to where you can stand up if you need to without having to leave her or block someone elses view. I've had back problems since before my son was born (he's 29 now) so I've learned few tricks along the way. Of course, you probably have too but this way you don't have to miss out on the fun or end up in so much pain you can't enjoy yourself. Having said all that, you know your body better than anyone else so if your not up to an outing, don't go. Please forgive me if I've overstepped here by offering advice, having to deal with back problems effects your entire body & your family too & if I can help others, I try.
