it's hard back and frankly I don't know what to set as a GIN,it would also depend on if winner still pays postage or if it's free shipping

yes I do combine postage, this is based on media mail postage prices

if you win any other auctions they will have to mailed seperate unless it's another book. if there are more than one book I would have to check to see the weight to figure the cost
