New in box. I got it for my new cat because I was scared the cat would lay on my children at night. The cat however does not like the children and just stays by my side 24/7. NO RETURNS!

nope no collar type.

No you have to manually put it the way you want it to lock. You can lock it for in only, out only, opened both ways, locked for no travel through.

no battery's you have to set it the way you want it. we live on a farm and a collar is not good to use on a farm because they can get hung up on something and dies.
