If a individual wanted a GIN with free shipping they can make an offer. Auctions GIN's are only available before a bid is place. GIN means get it now. The pants are free shipping either way. Sometimes people charge for shipping when a GIN is used. That's why it says free shipping with GIN. Good Luck! Hope to see some bids! :)
