I can not imagine my life without a Uli! I do a lot of cooking- fresh salas dice tomatoes-tomatillos(green tomatoes in a husk) onions-1 jalapeno seeded and cilantro-mix with a hint of salt and lime juice- perfection at home!!! Uli cuts meat-veggies-pizza as said above- nothing this tool can't do!!!!! A must for all cooks!!!

I have lost 2 during the process of moving. Thank you so much for putting one up for auction. I love these things. I am a now retired due to disability Chef and Caterer. Personally, I think they are the best knives around. I have been so lost without mine.

Yeah, I wish you had of bought a bunch too. I sure could of hooked you up with a lot of Chef here in Texas. I've never had one with a rainbow handles. Neither one of the 2, I had were exactly alike1 had an etching of a bear, on the blade, and I think the other was plain.
