The listing, kindle keyboard has ended.

I was going to get it fixed..but received one as a gift.I fell asleep with it on my pillow and woke up to what the picture looks like.I heard it's pretty cheap to get it fixed?I had it loaded with books.I had fifty shades on there,and some others..don't remember.and Im pretty sure some games.any questions ask...

Did you try turning the kindle off all the way (by holding down the power button for 8 seconds) and then turning it back on again? That could fix the screen, maybe.

I don't see you as being overbearing,I totally understand.and it is always good to ask questions.I will do my very best for you,also...if they don't reply before this auction ends you can always replace the screen and get the # off it.I googled how to repair it,it is very simple and inexpensive

have you had any luck with the serial number? Contact Amazon and they can give you the number/ I just want to be able to register it in my name so I can use it when I get it fixed

No,I had it registered on amazon under my device..but I took it off to add my new one!so I will contact amazon tomorrow to see if I could get it :)

without the serial number I can not register it and cant have it fixed by amazon. Please see if you can get it. It is on the kindle but unless it comes on and you can go to that area then you will have to find the original box or contact amazon and see if they can give it to you
