The listing, Girls short pants, new w/o tag, size 16 has ended.

These were bought for a Christmas gift for a neighbors child, and they moved 3 weeks before Christmas. I took tag off when I wrapped as gift. since I couldn't find family. I decided to unwrap them and List them here since school starts up soon.

I don't know, I believe a teen can wear them her daughter (the girl I bought them for) was I believe 12 or 13, average build. Laid flat on table as pictured, the waistline from end to end is 15". And the length top to bottom of leg is 18". I hope this helps.
