These were bought for a Christmas gift for a neighbors child, and they moved 3 weeks before Christmas. I took tag off when I wrapped as gift. since I couldn't find family. I decided to unwrap them and List them here since school starts up soon.

They have a elastic strap on inside (one on each side of hip) That has a button to attach to elastic, adding pic now
