F&W my son has 3 Baltic amber ankle bracelets on right now. They release an acid that is a natural analgesic into the skin. They do not chew on them. The raw light colored ones are the best, but they all work. I've been thinking about getting him a cognac one. He has rainbow, butter, and dark cherry. The butter is raw and the other two are semi-polished.
