Only a few have been used. If you don't want to pay for the shipping then don't bid. This is for shipping & handling. It cost money to get the supplies and gas money, I live on other side of town, takes me a gallon & 1/2 there and back. These were bought a month ago, $1.29 a pen, it is well worth it. Thanks!

I already have them sealed in the package so I can't check but I don't recall them having many issues, maybe once or twice.
