It is a small hand held unit with interchangeable attachments. - I mostly use mine for mixing eggs or mixing somthing small - the container/ measuring cup holds 12oz

So.... would it be wise to use this on cookie dough? What all can you mix with it?

no way would this mix anything as thick as cookie dough - i only use mine for mixing eggs and sauces - sometime i use the whipping attachment to fluff up my coffee lol it is small and runs on batteries.

These are really handy....I have a smaller one that runs on batterys also. use it to fluff up my coffee too (lol)...I like this one though since it has the 4 interchangeable attachments...Nice Auction and its Free Shipping Super I will be watching!
