I'm offering a Brookfield dollhouse kit. It was manufactured by Dura-Craft. It was Jo-Ann Fabrics' exclusive item. The dollhouse is a charming Victorian cottage, loaded with gingerbread. The scale is 1" to the foot. The parts are pre-cut from 1/8" plywood & pine trim. The dimensions of the finished house are 23" h * 20" w * 13" d. The box is unopened. It includes a small assortment of furniture It can be decorated as either a traditional or haunted house. It makes a great introduction to the dollhouse miniature hobby. The manufacturer went out of business a few years ago. Due to the box's volume & weight, I can only ship it to a US address, sorry.
