This kit includes: Walk At Home DVD, Walk On-the-Go CD and Complete Walking Guide all housed in one unit. The cover says: "Everything you need to start a successful walking program or freshen up your current routine!" The DVD has four different timed segments plus bonus features. The CD has three different timed segments and the guide is a 50 page booklet.

This is in good condition, I really didn't use it that much. This is really helpful for beginning exercisers and beginning Weight Watchers. Also check out the VHS workout I have listed.
